Bright and Cool 6” LED Pool light. Great color rendition
Installation is simple and all 3 colors work by themselves and all at once to create white light. It’s bright enough for what a 6” pool light illuminates, like a whirlpool/spa or step area.Value for money is somewhat good, since to power them and control them requires a transformer, a controller and a remote if you don’t want to keep your phone near the water. So plan for the required parts needed to power and control it.But even with that it’s less than a Pentair Amerilite. You can wire them to a different control system such as a Sonoff 4 relay module or GLEDOPTO type of controller. But to have a dedicated remote color wheel control, dimming, transitions and special effects, their remote is recommended. On the SO cord, Black is 12v Positive and the Red, Green, and Blue are the 12v negative side of LED control. It’s nice and kudos to them that they provide an open system for customer control system via Tuya and other smart home systems and even other LED controllersValue for money will depend on how durable the metallized plastic bezel is when exposed to pool chemicals and sunlight. Besides that it’s a great Pool/Spa LED light.Keep in mind that when a brush is used, it’s abrasive to the lens and bezel. Time will tell.Overall a great light at a great price point. My reviews take time to verify item performs and I put it through its paces before saying “OMG this is better than sliced bread”
